University Closure

In observance of Easter, the university will close at noon on Friday, April 7th, 2023. The Registrar's Office lobby will be closed all day Friday and services will be available online along with email and phone support. Normal hours of operation will resume Monday, April 10th.

In Response to COVID-19

Consistent with CDC guidelines, we strongly encourage wearing facemasks to help limit the spread of Covid-19. We respectfully request that you only come in person during lobby hours if it is necessary or to pick up a diploma or transcript. All other services are available online or electronically; forms and requests should be submitted from your TWU email to Registrar@www.melvinmacias.com. Email and phone support remain available during our regular business hours.

State Mandated Immunization Requirement

Texas law requires that all new and transfer college students must receive a vaccination or booster against bacterial meningitis. Students required to have the vaccination or booster will not be able to register without a valid immunization record or exemption document. Please submit the document to the Office of the Registrar or Admissions Processing.
